Working draft terms for a pre-product website. They describe the informational nature of this site, the limits of evaluation use and the position on intellectual property and external links.
These terms are a working draft. They have not been reviewed by qualified legal counsel and are not legal advice. They do not replace a signed agreement, and they may change before launch.
1. Informational material
Content on this website describes research direction, architecture and development demonstrators. Unless expressly agreed in a signed contract, it is informational only. It is not a warranty, a service-level commitment, a security certification or a promise of production suitability.
2. Pre-product status
NiGeNje is pre-product. Capabilities are labelled by maturity and evidence. “Integrated” means verified in a bounded, non-production demonstration chain; it does not mean production qualified. No uptime, support or availability commitment is published.
3. Evaluation use
Do not use development demonstrators to control production systems, to make safety-critical decisions or to process production personal data unless a separately agreed and validated deployment plan exists. A form submission, email exchange or demonstration does not create a production deployment right.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use this website to:
- submit unlawful, malicious or infringing content;
- submit secrets, credentials or special-category personal data;
- attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its adapters;
- probe, scan or test the security of the site without written permission; or
- scrape or republish content in a way that misrepresents its status or provenance.
5. Intellectual property
The NiGeNje name, brand marks and the content of this website are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No licence to them is granted by using this site. The λ-Safe Core compiler is published as open source under the Apache-2.0 licence in its repository, and that repository’s terms govern its use. The published research record may carry its own terms — review the repository or publication for the applicable licence.
6. External links
External links are provided for direct inspection of public sources. They are governed by third-party terms, and NiGeNje does not control or endorse their content. A link existing here is not an endorsement of a third-party claim.
7. No professional advice
Nothing on this website is legal, security, regulatory or compliance advice. Security and compliance decisions remain the responsibility of the deploying organisation.
8. Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this website is provided without warranties of any kind. NiGeNje is not liable for decisions made in reliance on draft, pre-product or demonstrator material. Liability terms for any engagement would be set out in a separately signed agreement.
